Pure Water Window Cleaning Method
Our exterior washing process uses soft-bristle brushes with filtered water. We verify accessibility and rinse for a spot-free finish. Final results depend on current glass condition; cleaning is not a repair for existing glass damage.
Starting at $299 for exterior service. Price varies by surface area, height, and the current condition of the glass.

Step-by-step cleaning info

1) Initial glass assessment
We begin with a visual review of frames and panes to note existing wear, mineral etching, or failed seals. This assessment helps clarify that while our cleaning refreshes the appearance, it cannot fix structural defects, seal failure, or permanent environmental damage.

2) RO/DI system reduces mineral content
Our Reverse Osmosis and Deionization system filters water to minimize dissolved solids. This processed water helps lift surface films, allowing for a clearer finish as it evaporates. Note that heavy calcium or mineral staining is a separate restoration service beyond standard washing.

3) Agitating surface debris with soft brushes
Using specialized soft-bristles, our team agitates frames and glass to loosen dirt, pollen, and light films. This gentle method is designed to be low-impact, though it is not a resurfacing treatment and will not remove deep physical etching or permanent stains from the surface.

4) Final deionized rinsing
We perform a final rinse using filtered water to flush away loosened particles. This step focuses on removing surface contaminants to support a streak-free appearance, though clarity is always limited by the underlying condition of the glass and seal integrity.

5) Air drying and final observation
As the filtered water evaporates, it reduces the likelihood of new spots. We allow a natural air dry before a final walk-through to ensure the wash meets our standards. We remind clients that cleaning does not restore glass that has suffered from seal failure.

6) Additional Care Limits
Separate quotes are available for interiors, screens, and calcium removal. Our wash is for maintenance; it does not repair glass etching, permanent staining, or foggy failed seals. We recommend professional glass replacement for any identified structural failures.
